Privacy Policy
Last updated: November 2, 2026
Little Atlas Press respects your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains what information may be collected when you visit littleatlaspress.com and how that information may be used.
Information We Collect
You can browse this website without an account. To access the free Old San Juan scavenger hunt, we require an email address. We record your download request and whether you choose to receive optional Little Atlas Press updates.
The signup form is intended for parents, guardians and other adults. Please do not submit a child’s email address or other personal information about a child.
Our website hosting provider and other technical services may automatically collect limited technical information when you visit the site, such as:
- IP address
- Browser and device type
- Pages visited
- Approximate geographic region
- Date and time of your visit
- Referring website
This information may be used for website security, troubleshooting, performance, and basic traffic measurement.
Cookies and Analytics
Little Atlas Press may use essential cookies or similar technologies required for the website to function properly.
After a successful download request, we set an essential, signed download-access cookie so you can retrieve the printable in the same browser for up to 24 hours. This cookie does not contain your email address and is not used for advertising.
If analytics or other optional tracking technologies are added in the future, this Privacy Policy will be updated as appropriate.
Free Downloads
To unlock the free Old San Juan scavenger hunt, enter your email address in the website’s signup form. We use MailerLite to store and manage the email address and your request. Access is provided in your browser after the request succeeds.
You may separately choose to receive book news, travel ideas and free activities from Little Atlas Press using the optional updates checkbox. That box is unchecked by default. Leaving it unchecked still gives you access to the free download. A download request alone does not give us permission to send marketing updates.
If you choose updates, we record that preference and the time of consent. You can unsubscribe from marketing emails using the link provided in those emails. To ask us to delete information associated with a download request, contact [email protected].
Links to Other Websites
Our website contains links to third-party websites and services, including Amazon and social media platforms such as Pinterest, TikTok, YouTube, and Instagram.
When you follow a link to another website, that website operates under its own privacy policy and terms. Little Atlas Press is not responsible for the privacy practices, content, or operation of third-party websites.
Book and Printable Purchase Links
Links to our paperback books direct you to Amazon. Links to printable editions and bundles direct you to checkout.littleatlaspress.com, where the checkout provider handles the purchase and payment information under the terms and privacy information shown there.
Any payment, shipping or customer-account information submitted during a purchase is handled by the applicable retailer or checkout provider.
Little Atlas Press does not receive or store your payment card information through this website.
Children's Privacy
Little Atlas Press creates books and activities intended for families and children, but this website is primarily directed toward parents, guardians, educators, and other adults.
We do not knowingly request or collect personal information directly from children under 13 through this website.
If you believe a child has provided personal information to us, please contact us so that we can address the issue.
Information You Send to Us
If you contact us by email, we may receive your email address and any information you choose to include in your message.
We use this information only as reasonably necessary to respond to your inquiry, maintain appropriate business records, or address legal or security concerns.
Data Sharing
Little Atlas Press does not sell personal information.
We use MailerLite to manage download requests and optional updates preferences, and Cloudflare to host the website and process the signup and download-access checks. These providers process information needed to deliver those services.
Information may be processed by service providers that help operate the website, email services, hosting, or other necessary business functions. Information may also be disclosed when required by law or when reasonably necessary to protect the website, our rights, or the safety of others.
Data Security
We take reasonable measures to protect information associated with the website. However, no method of electronic transmission or storage can be guaranteed to be completely secure.
Changes to This Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy as the website, our services, or applicable requirements change.
The current version will always be posted on this page with its latest revision date.
